B is for balance:
the balance of your head at the top of your spine
the balance of your right arm and your left leg
the balance of your left arm and your right leg
the balance between your front body and your back body
the balance of your body, mind, and spirit as they work together in harmony
the balance of your inner self and your outer self as you move through the world—not just in running, but in your everyday life
B can stand for a lot of other things: breath, beauty, bravery, boldness, and so on. I’m sure you have your own ideas!
