  1. This reminds me of the yoga relaxation I used to do every time at the end of my yoga sessions. The only difference is I would always felt asleep. You said you would reveal who invented this Constructive Rest method but you put it in your tags, Alexander Technique 😉

    • Yes, my next blog, from August 14, introduces F. M. Alexander, who developed Constructive Rest while working with his students. I’ll have more to say about him in future posts!
